Keynote speaker, Charles Bartsch, is a brownfield specialist (he coined the term "brownfield" in 1992) and senior advisor for Economic Development at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.
Over the past 20 years Bartsch has focused on brownfield and community redevelopment/reuse strategies and financing.
He is recognized as one of the nation's leading experts on these issues.
